1. Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

  • Certain products are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

    • Opened pet food and treats

    • Grooming and hygiene products once opened

    • Personalized or custom-made items


2. Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  • If you receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately at returns@nobabagency.com.

  • We will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost, including shipping for defective items.


3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect item).


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

6. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

    • Proof of purchase

    • Photos of the item (if applicable)

7. Late or Missing Refunds
